We love this design and it is one featured on these pages in the past. But seeing as this particular vintage G-Plan Astro coffee table on eBay is fully restored, it is worth flagging up once more.
The design is fairly common, a piece made by G-Plan in the 1960s and early 1970s, but one if its more distinctive pieces of furniture. A teak frame, a glass insert top and those wonderful legs all combine to create something that’s an ideal addition to any retro home. Especially when it looks as good as this.
It is described as being in ‘excellent’ condition, with ‘a few minor scratches’ to the glass top, which is perhaps understandable with age. The frame has been cleaned and treated with teak oil to bring it back to its best.
It measures 45cm in height, with a diameter of 84cm. £175 is the ‘Buy It Now’.
