It’s a good looking piece of furniture in itself. But as a 1970s Blaupunkt radiogram in walnut, this really is a very cool and desirable item.
As we said, look at this closed up and it would pass for a rather nice wood and chrome console table from the 1970s. That’s the quality here. But open it up and we have music.
That music is courtesy of the Dual 1224 automatic turnable, the built-in speakers and of course, the radio receiver. All of which are good to go, with the unit described as ‘working perfectly’. Storage inside too, should you need it.
As for looks, this is sold as ‘original unrestored’ but is described as being in ‘very good condition’ and with ‘only marginal wear’. See the listing for the complete condition breakdown.
If you want something practical and good looking for a 1970s-inspired interior, this could be for you. The only downside is the price, which is at £2,199 ob a ‘Buy it Now’ However, you can make a cheaper offer if you wish.
