Not quite out yet, but the Loop record cases at Magpie will be landing very soon.
Of course, these are LP-sized record cases, made of some kind of card and with metal fittings. Judging by the construction and the designs, they are as much interior design as they are record storage units. If you want to drag them around clubs and houses, you probably want something more sturdy.
But if you just want somewhere to keep your records, these boxes hold between 25 and 35 discs and come in the three designs you see here, covering both the 1970s and 1980s in terms of inspiration.
When they do land, they will retail for £30 each. You can sign up for updates at the retailer’s site if you want one as soon as they land.
