Now this is a dream. But it looks like you’ll have to dig deep to own this 1972 Detomaso Pantera sports car on eBay.
It hasn’t always looked like this. Well, it did back in the early 1970s, but the current owner pulled this out of a barn in Florida in the 1980s before importing it to the UK. That storage period means this has just 13,500 miles from new on the clock.
After importing, the owner stripped down and fully restored the car over a two-year period. You can see a breakdown of the work on the listing (or contact the owner), but it includes a dismantling and rebuilding if the engine, along with the gearbox and of course, a complete cosmetic restoration too. The end result is just stunning.
