The new Adidas SPZL range has just hit the shelves and for us, the pick of it are these Adidas SPZL Padiham trainers.
The new range celebrates the 30th anniversary of the ‘Second Summer of Love’, although this style looks to have its roots in earlier City Series styles. Not that Padiham is a city, it is a small town on the outskirts of Burnley (I used to work there many years ago).
But the finish is said to be inspired by the acid house movement – night navy and mist jade if you want the official name.
As for the style, that has a suede upper, a smaller toe box plus flocked 3-Stripes and exaggerated perforations to the side. Branding to the tongue pretty much finishes things off.
Want a pair? These are likely to sell quickly, so don’t hang about. The price is £85.
