Not the first place you would think of for furniture, but this Abbey retro modular cabinet at Urban Outfitters is well worth a look.
Storage, display, possibly even a bookshelf. This is a versatile unit available in two different finishes, both sharing a strong retro look.
In fact, this is a unit that could be straight out of the 1950s or at the very least, a unit that would be suited to a room inspired by the 1950s or going for a midcentury modern look.
The unit is made up of metal support beams and topped with eight wooden shelves staggered ‘intricately’ to make your display just that little more interesting, whether that’s plants, ornaments, photos or just general bits and pieces.
In terms of the size, the length is 90.2cm, the width is 24.8cm and the height is 134.6cm. One other interesting fact too. This went up only a couple of days back, but UO has already discounted it. So the price is down from £249 to £200 right now.
