It has the look, but not the high price tag. That’s the Wilson 1960s-style floor lamp at Maisons Du Monde.
Not that it’s at a giveaway price, but the Wilson lamp is well under the price of original designer pieces of the era and/or designer reissues. Similar look, less money to pay. That’s a decent combination.
It’s a strong look too, especially if a 1960s vibe is something you are trying to recreate. This is a three-arm, white marble and chrome-plated floor lamp. Yes, that base is real marble, just as you would find on an original.
Three LED lamps bulbs sit in the mini chrome shades offering light from the top of the 175cm tall lamp, which is around 6ft tall. So plenty of impact and drama from this light fitting too.
The bulbs aren’t included, but even taking that into account, £175 seems a decent price for this one.
