I have featured the maker previously, but not this design. If you want style minimalism for your records, check out The Vinyl Stand by HRDL.
That previous feature was on the hugely popular Midcentury Vinyl Table by HRDL, which I described as the pick of the bunch in the early part of last year. That’s true, but it’s also a very stylish bunch, with The Vinyl Stand a key part of it.
As I said, this is all about minimalism, although the stand, like the rest of the range, has been designed with the intention of working within a midcentury modern home.
In fact, the design part is perhaps as significant, if not more so, than the actual record stand. That’s because this isn’t exactly a stand for a large collection. Just 32 albums will fit in here.
But that’s not really the point. If you have more vinyl, there are other options (see the site archive for plenty of those). This is about showing off the wood of the stand and of course, showing off the actual vinyl itself, rather than hiding it away.
There are options when it comes to buying the stand, with a choice of oak, walnut and ash for the wood finish, each one oiled with a scent free and food safe mineral oil. You can also opt for a ‘bundle’, which throw in the single Vinyl Stand for a reduced price.
But if you simply want the stand to show off your records, you are looking at paying £224.
