The Ronda vinyl cabinet is still the best value, but the Le Connaisseur retro vinyl storage unit by Kopo has some serious impact.
But that impact does come at a price. Each one is individually produced to order and made of oak, with the look every bit as important as the functionality.
That look is an asymmetrical one, with room for a record deck at the centre of the unit and space for your vinyl at either side. You can actually fit up to 200 vinyl records in this one, which is perhaps more than you might think at first glance.
Finishing things off are those industrial metal legs and your own records and player, of course. As for the price, you are looking at €1,245, which really isn’t that cheap. If you want something cheaper and smaller, you can see a shortened version of the unit, known as L’amateur, which is available for less but still goes for €985.
As I said, the Ronda unit (link above) is still the best value, but also check out my top 10 record storage units round-up from last year for more options at various price points.
