Fans of vintage arcade games and old school graphics will likely get a lot of joy from the Kipling 40th anniversary Pac-Man bag collection.
And when I say collection, I really mean it. There are so many designs here that I’ve just picked out a few to feature. Have a look at the retailer’s site for the full selection. There are plenty to choose from. But before you do that, let me offer a few words of introduction.
There are around 30 different bags to choose from, covering all the price points and pretty much every need. From a purse to a suitcase and everything sitting between those two sizes. If you can think of a bag you might need, it’s probably here with a Pac-Man design on it.
By Pac-Man, I mean the Pac-Man, the ghosts and the energy-boosting fruits, as well as backgrounds taken from the iconic arcade game that celebrates 40 years of entertaining and frustrating us across pretty much every video game and arcade format past and present. Some really lovely tags on each one too.
Two finishes as well, with the option of a navy background for your Pac-Man design or a lighter grey finish.
Not a great deal I can add outside of suggesting once again you check out the full range and before you do, have a look at your bank balance. Kipling bags aren’t up there with the luxury crowd, but it is a premium label, so prices aren’t exactly budget either.
As a rough guide to work with, purses start at around £44, with some accessories cheaper than that if you are on a tight budget. If you want something bigger, totes are priced from £96, a large backpack starts at £112 and a hard cabin suitcase is available for £213.
