Not all are out yet, but the Timex 70th anniversary Peanuts watches have been shown off by the watchmaker.
The first watch of several classic designs is imminent and for me, it’s the best one. That’s the 1979 Timex Q, which will be available in both a red and a blue finish. It’s the one at the top of the page, with both Peanuts and vintage appeal. Like all of them in fact.
If that’s not quite your thing then perhaps you can be tempted by the more minimal silver Marlin Automatic, featuring both Snoopy and Woodstock?
Beyond that and coming later in the year (in the appropriate season) are six further designs that cover Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Also promised later is a special edition M79 Automatic with Snoopy as the Masked Marvel, and two further Marlin Automatic watches featuring Snoopy and Woodstock.
So an expensive time of year if you are a fan, as none of them is likely to come cheap. To give you an idea of price, one of the current Peanuts Marlin watches is £224.99. Vet some of the others are likely to be available for less cash.
In fact. Timex has just introduced a Timex x Space Snoopy watch (the one above) for a more modest £79.99. You can pick that up from End Clothing with the other likely to land on the Timex website.
