I’m not sure if they are straight out of the archive or not, but these 1970s-style Adidas Originals round bags do catch the eye.
Well, they do if you have a thing for old-school Adidas or old-school sportswear, which I certainly have. There are plenty of retro Adidas bags out there, both new as reissues or old on eBay. I have browsed both extensively, but I haven’t seen anything quite like these.
At least, not from Adidas. I have seen some Vespa circular bags in a similar mould. But not anything from the iconic German sportswear maker.
Take your pick from two colours for this ‘70s-inspired’ bag, both with that circular shape, metallic-gold accents and contrast piping. It’s good for wearing on your shoulder or across your best with that sizeable strap, too. Note also its eco credentials too, with at least 50% recycled materials going into this design. Which is always a good thing.
