As the title says, Lego goes pop art with Robert Indiana’s Love artwork in mini brick form. Just the thing for your loved one.
And I’m all for it. This is a wonderful departure from Lego, and I really hope it’s the first step in a series. I can think of so many pop art themes and artworks that would take the Lego treatment, but this is a great starting point.
It’s also the perfect time to launch. Yes, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, and what better way to show your love to someone who loves Lego than to buy them this? You can buy it yourself, build it, and present it to your loved one. Either works.
As you now know, this is a Lego rework of Robert Indiana’s famous sculpture, which is celebrating its 55th anniversary in 2025. A pop art classic in your home? It works as a mini sculpture or as a light – there’s a kit available on Amazon to upgrade it to an LED lamp. Which is a great idea.
Aimed at adults, it allows you to create what’s described as a ‘faithful celebration’ of Indiana’s sculpture, featuring a similar design and the same vibrant red, blue and green colours.
And here’s a nice touch. It also comes with two sets of building instructions so that you can create this loved-up sculpture together. With 791 building blocks, you might well be glad of the help to complete it, too. The packaging is pretty cool, as well.
Want one? You can pick one up now ahead of Valentine’s Day for £69.97. Or just buy it anyway – it’ll look amazing on display in your home.
